Introduction

Divergence is a raiding guild formed during BC. Our main raid schedule is only 12 hours a week, so we expect our members to be focused and perform as close to the limit of their roles as possible. We seek high quality players that can raid efficiently and consistently and have fun doing it. Trial periods allow us to get to know you, what you're capable of, and what you can improve on. They also allow you to get to know us and see if you fit in. Our guild loot is merited to those who are loyal, perform well, and are consistent in raiding attendance. Loot is based on those criteria as well as trust in the officers and the GM to distribute fairly and evenly with raid efficiency priority over personal agenda. Loot whores and egotistical hotheads are not welcome. Communication is encouraged in a proper manner over any medium.
